At Mangaldeep Jewelers (www.mdjewel.in), we value your trust and are committed to providing jewellery that reflects quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship. This Warranty & Guarantee Policy explains the coverage and limitations applicable to different categories of our jewellery.

1. Fine Jewellery (Gold, Diamonds & Precious Stones)

  • Authenticity Guarantee:
    • All fine jewellery sold by Mangaldeep Jewelers is hallmarked or accompanied by relevant certifications, depending on the metal purity and type of jewellery, to guarantee authenticity and purity.
  • Manufacturing Defects:
    • Any manufacturing defect must be reported immediately upon delivery.
    • Once verified, such products will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost.
  • Repairs & Services:
    • After usage, if any repair, resizing, polishing, or servicing is required, customers can avail these services at any time after purchase.
    • Such services may be provided free of cost or at nominal charges, depending on the type and extent of the work.
  • Exclusions:
    • Normal wear & tear, damage due to mishandling, misuse, accidents, or improper storage are not considered manufacturing defects.
    • Any modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties will void Mangaldeep Jewelers’ service support.

2. Forming Gold & Imitation Jewellery

  • No Warranty / Guarantee:
    • Forming gold and imitation jewellery are not covered under any warranty or guarantee period.
    • Customers are informed at the time of purchase that these products do not carry hallmark or certification.
  • Exchange Policy (Post-Usage):
    • Refunds are not possible once the product has been used.
    • Customers may exchange the product by purchasing another item from our store.
    • In such cases, a discount equivalent to 50% of the original product value will be offered on the new purchase.
  • Manufacturing Defects:
    • If a forming gold or imitation jewellery product is found to have a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery, it will be replaced or exchanged at no extra cost.

3. Repairs & After-Sales Support

  • We are happy to assist customers with repairs and maintenance for both fine jewellery and imitation/forming jewellery.
  • Repair services may be complimentary or chargeable, depending on the type and extent of work required.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly for an assessment and service options.

4. General Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty and exchange claims must be supported by the original invoice and product in its original condition.
  • Mangaldeep Jewelers reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the claim falls under manufacturing defect or repair service.
  • Decisions made by Mangaldeep Jewelers regarding repairs, replacements, or exchanges shall be considered final.
