·         All content on www.mdjewel.in is for personal, non-commercial use only.

·         Customers agree not to misuse the website, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to harm our systems.

·         We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access in case of violation.

3. Product Information & Authenticity

·         Fine Jewellery: All fine jewellery sold is hallmarked or accompanied by relevant certifications, depending on the metal purity and type.

·         Forming/Imitation Jewellery: These products do not carry hallmark or certification. Customers are informed of this at the time of purchase.

·         Visual Representation: Some product images/videos may be created using AI tools, while others are real. Slight variations in size, design, or color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

4. Orders & Payments

·         Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD).

·         We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

·         In case of pricing or typographical errors, Mangaldeep Jewelers reserves the right to cancel or revise the order.

·         Payment methods include online payment options and Cash on Delivery (COD) with applicable conditions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

·         We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

·         Delivery timelines: 3–7 business days for standard shipping, express delivery available only in Bhavnagar (subject to conditions).

·         Free shipping within Bhavnagar.

·         Insurance is provided until delivery is confirmed by the courier. We are not responsible for loss/damage after delivery confirmation.

·         Tracking details will be provided for all shipped orders.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

·         Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (unused, unaltered, original packaging).

·         Refunds processed via original payment mode. COD refunds via NEFT/cheque.

·         Labour/making charges may be deducted.

·         Forming/Imitation jewellery: no refunds after usage, only exchange with 50% discount value adjustment.

7. Warranty & Guarantee

·         Fine Jewellery: Authenticity guaranteed with hallmark/certification. Manufacturing defects must be reported immediately upon delivery. Repairs are supported anytime (free or nominal charges depending on work).

·         Forming/Imitation Jewellery: No warranty/guarantee. Only manufacturing defects at delivery are covered.

8. Repairs & After-Sales Support

·         We provide repair, polishing, resizing, and servicing support for both fine and imitation jewellery.

·         Services may be complimentary or chargeable, depending on the extent of work.

9. Intellectual Property

·         All content, product images, videos, and branding on www.mdjewel.in belong to Mangaldeep Jewelers.

·         Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

·         Mangaldeep Jewelers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

·         We are not responsible for delays due to courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

·         Customers are responsible for proper care and storage of jewellery.
