Welcome to Mangaldeep Jewelers (www.mdjewel.in). We are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully, as it outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Service Area

  • Currently, we ship jewellery orders only within India.
  • For local customers in Bhavnagar, we also provide express delivery and free local delivery options, subject to availability.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Within Bhavnagar: Shipping is free of charge.
  • Other Locations in India: Shipping charges are applied as per the rates of our trusted courier partners. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.
  • Any additional taxes, duties, or surcharges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days across India.
  • Express Delivery (Bhavnagar only): Available in select cases, subject to stock availability and logistic feasibility. Timelines will be confirmed at the time of order.
  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors (holidays, strikes, natural calamities, courier delays, etc.).

4. Shipping & Insurance

  • All shipments are packed securely and are insured by Mangaldeep Jewelers until delivery.
  • Once the order is marked “delivered” by the courier partner, Mangaldeep Jewelers is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Customers are requested to ensure safe receipt of their order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery fails due to:
        > Incorrect or incomplete address
        > Customer not available to receive the package
        > Customer refusing delivery without valid reason
  • The order may be cancelled and returned to us. In such cases, shipping charges and handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available across serviceable pin codes in India.
  • Customers may be contacted via phone/email for confirmation before shipping COD orders.
  • COD handling fee may apply in addition to shipping charges.
  • Failure to accept confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

8. Remote / Delayed Deliveries

  • While we do not currently exclude any areas, deliveries to certain remote locations may take longer than usual.
  • In case of unforeseen delays, customers will be notified promptly via email/phone.

9. In-Store Pickup

  • Customers can choose to place an order online and collect it directly from our physical store in Bhavnagar.
  • Orders marked for pickup will be kept ready within 1–2 working days, and customers will be notified when the order is available for collection.
  • A valid ID and order confirmation email/SMS may be required for pickup verification.
